Air condition blowing hot air

The vehicle was overheating, so I replace the water pump and then it stopped overheating. but then when I turned on the air condition all it did was blow hot air. so then I try to recharge it and it's still only blew hot-air.

Do you have a set of gauges to tell me the high and low readings on the AC system?
