Does not start after replacing the Air compressor?

We replaced the air compressor. Old one the wires were done. Got it in and it is not turning on. Guessing it's the relay. I was told by an air guy that it is under the fuse box by the engine. Behind it. Haven't looked yet because it's at my uncle's house. Is this true? And do I need to replace it?? Is there something else I should do?

Hi,

There are a couple fuses and a relay that can be checked. They are both in the intelligent power distribution module under the hood. It is on the driver's side inner fender. See pics below.

Also, I attached a picture of the fuse and relay to check.
