Air Blend Actuator ( can find location)

Switched from AC to Heat. Now the heater blows all the time. AC compressor comes on and was working fine prior to problem starting. Blows HOT regardless of AC button pressed on/off. All airflow is fine and airflow changes properly ex. Defrost, Floor, Face, Face and Floor...etc. I can not find the location of Air Blend Actuator. Pulled glove box, pulled cover under glove box, looked driver side above right side gas peddle.
Note: my AC/Heat unit on 2001 Mercury Sable has auto clime control button.

have a pro scan for codes auto climate control may be a sensor bad or something else making actuator not work. you can't see it because it's behind the heater unit. check for a vacuum leak as well start at engine. it may not be getting vacuum
