Hi,

Do you mean you have replaced the clock spring or are you questioning if that should be done? Also, are there any steering wheel-controlled circuits that are not working?

Let me know. Also, let me know if you scanned the can-bus for codes. If you haven't, here is a link that explains how it's done. This should retrieve codes from any module storing them.
