Welcome to 2CarPros.
Was the vehicle's battery disconnected when you disconnected everything? Honestly, there is no reset. Damage may have occurred to the system if the battery wasn't connected prior to disconnecting and reconnecting the system. However, to determine the exact cause, you really need to have the computer scanned to identify diagnostic trouble codes. The code isn't a traditional "P" type code and will require a higher level scanner to read.
If you did or didn't disconnect the battery, I have one suggestion before having it scanned. Disconnect both terminals on the battery starting with the negative. Once both are disconnected, take a zip time and join the two cables together and allow the vehicle to sit for thirty minutes like this. Don't allow the terminals to touch the battery. This will discharge any capacitors which may be keeping the code alive.
Reconnect the battery to see if it is off. If it isn't, we need to scan the computer. Please understand, the engine may run a bit rough until it relearns shift patterns, cam/crank sensors relearn etc. It should smooth out within a few miles. Or, it may not happen at all.
Let me know if this helps.
