after timing belt replacement , security system will not allow vehicle to start.

We just did this p t cruiser timing belt replacement and it ran well when apart . Now it appears that the security system will not allow it too start with it all put back together. I disconnected the positive battery cable before working on it. so .....what gives? And thanks for your help.

just reset the security system if no manual look online then it should start up
