After installing a re-manufactured to my Milan I started it and it has a instant grinding. I do not know what it is could it be a bent flywheel?

Most commonly there is a tin inspection cover in front that did not go in straight and the end is bent and hitting on the teeth on the ring gear. Pull that cover off, then start the engine and see if the noise is gone. Look at the cover to see if there is a shiny area that was getting chewed away.
