Hello, so, I have purchased two radios and returned the first one because I thought it was the radios problem, but it was the same problem with this one. I have the car listed above Tesla style Android radio and there’s no sound coming from Bluetooth or screen mirroring but radio sounds work perfect. So, I think it may be my phone or my car, but I tried so many things and nothing is working.

Those would not be the vehicle side of the system unless you mean the factory stereo Bluetooth isn't working. The radio you bought likely cannot use the OE Bluetooth system as it doesn't interface with the factory entertainment data network. Your phone should sync with the replacement radio itself though. If not, then I would see if it will sync with a different unit. It could be that the phone and radio are not compatible.

If you select other sounds on the radio do those work? If yes, then it's likely a setting or an app issue that is not working correctly. You might need to look in the manual to verify that you have the correct app settings, If none of the other sounds work then you will need to verify the actual connections to the car.
