After filling my gas tank, my car struggles to start up and keeping ongoing. It will stop running and I have to start it up again. It revs up and down. This will go on for a couple of days after filling up.

your fuel pump may be failing, or there is a lot of crap in tank. check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. you may need an adapter to do this however. see link.

Another item to check is the EVAP system, specifically the canister and the purge control valve. Especially if you like to top off after the gas pump shuts off. The gas can overflow into the canister and when the purge valve opens it draws in excess fuel that the control system is not designed for. This causes hard starting, stalling and lack of power until the canister clears out.
