My neighbour has spilt oil on the road right over our driveway. I have to drive over it to get out. Will this do any harm or damage to my wheels?

no. it will not damage your wheels or any part of your car.

you can clean it up with kitty litter or use some coke from a 2 liter bottle. they both work good
