I was wondering is it worth it to put all new struts, shocks, brakes, rotors, blower motor, a full tune up and sway bar links, all parts are $1,000.00 and labor is $1,600.00 is that to high?

it seems high, but check around you might find one cheaper, but that is a lot of work to be done as well. it also depends how long you plan on keeping it and what kind of shape the car is in otherwise.
