Did not have shifter in neutral before clutch change. Shifter stuck, will not move at all. What am i looking for, and how do I use a screwdriver to realign rods/forks back to neutral position?

If the clutch was installed correctly the position of the shifter does not really matter. It just means the trans will be hard to turn to line up the clutch! It sounds more like the shifter may need to be replaced due to wear if it slipped between gears.
