Add A Leaf lift kit install

i am trying to install my add a leaf lift kit. it is just a new add a leaf for the existing leaf springs. i got the longer u bolts and longer king pin to hold the leafs. my question is... do i tighten the king pin all the way till they are all compressed? and when tightening the u bolts how far do i tighten them?

One side goes flush the other side you have to measure how far to tighten it depending on how Mich more weight load you add they give two choices usually. Is your helper leaf made by husky?I just put one on a Toyota Tacoma.
