Adaptive Cruise Control and Pre Collision Assist not working?

Randomly, the pre collision assist and the adaptive cruise control shut off. I’ve tried giving the car a clean and that didn’t help.

The distance control module or cruise control module (CCM) which are the same thing has gone bad or got out of alignment. We should run a CAN scan first to see if any codes are stored to help confirm the issue.
Here is how to replace the module and how to align it, can I ask if the truck has any front-end damage? If so, this can be the issue. Please check the images below for more information.
