2007 Acura TSX Whooping Noise

2007 Acura TSX 4 cyl Automatic 26,000 miles

Hello,

My Acura makes a very strange sound when I am stopped with my foot on the brake like at a light. It doesn't happen everytime. It makes a sound like a whoop or a police siren starting up. Any idea what this might be?

My acura tsx 2005 model does the same thing! Hope someone can explain it.
