I TRYING TO REPLACE THE MUFFLER AND A 2' PIECE OF TAILPIPE THAT CONNECTS TO THE MUFFLER. THE 3-BOLTS AT THE FLANGE ARE RUSTED ON TIGHT, DO YOU HAVE AN SECRETES TO GET THE BOLTS OFF, IS THEIR A CERTAIN TOOL I CAN BUY? tHANKS.

I generally would put a good wrench or socket on them and turn hard enough to twist the either loose or break them. You can try soaking or saturating them with a rust remover.
