It's not a big job, your front suspension has two front lower control arms that holds the knuckle and shock in place. You don't have to replace the lower control arms, the dealer could replace the compliance bushings only. It's better to replace both compliance bushing, they will need to remove the lower control arms and put it on a press machine to press the compliance bushing out to replace it.
Here a picture of the lower control arm components, #8 is the lower control arm and # 10 is the compliance bushing.
