My trunk lock does not work anymore. I have ordered the lock. Are there any instructions on how to replace a trunk lock? I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

pull the edge of the rubber stops out sideways and up. remove the phillips screw inside the trunks handle, pry out the round, black plastic clips aound the sides of the trunk lining. remove the 2 ten millimeter screw that hold the lock disconnect the wires and cables. install in reverse.
the plastic cover over the latch separates from the lining.
make sure that the trunk switch in your glove box is not just switched off and causing the problem
