I replaced front sway bar bushings, links, and both lower ball joints. I am still getting a vibration driving over bumps and at high way speeds. I was told it might be the struts. Are there different ways I can test. Thanks

Hi parrillop,

Thank you for the donation.

You are getting vibrations or noise over bumps? If it is vibration, then the replacement of the sway bar bushes, links and lower arm ball joints would not help as vibrations are usually caused by the srtuts.

Park vehicle on level ground and with transmission in P and park brake released, bump the vehicle at each corner by pushing on it and note the speed the vehicle stops,. If the vehicle does not stop moving immediately, the struts are weak.

If it is noise that is occurring, then you need to check the upper arm for wear to the bushes and ball joints.
