2003 Acura TL Hesitation

My 2003 acura tl 3.2 has a hesitation when I am usually between 20-50 miles. It happens about 60% of the time and has been more noticeable lately. I took it in to the dealer and they said they did not notice anything, but I do not think they ran any computer tests or so; I think they just took it for a test drive.

Hi RobertinTx,

I believe the EGR valve is clicking at between 1500 to 2500 rpm resulting in the hesistation.

Most probably the EGR flow is restricted due to clogged passages underneath it. Try clearing the clogging to see if it helps.
