2000 Acura TL Power windows and windsheild wipers

The drive controls dont work for the right side rear window. The controls on the rear side right door only controls the button to go down and not up.
I have checked fuses everything is okay.

Windsheild wipers always stay on I have replaced the relay but has not fixed the problem. If I keep the relay disconnected I can at least control on and off for the wipers.

Any suggestions.

The symptoms for the windows seems to indicate a faulty master switch.

The wiper malfunctioning could be due to the multiplex control unit. Testing would have to be carried to locate the source.

Power windows are also controlled by the multiplex control unit.
