AT ABOUT 20 TO 30 MPH THE ENGINE HAS A SLIGHT MISS OR CHATTER WITH THE THROTTLE SLIGHTLY DEPRESSED. THE PLUGS AND WIRES WERE CHANGED WITH FACTORY RECEMMENDED PARTS NO CHANGE. WHAT COULD THIS BE?

It could be a faulty EGR valve.
