1999 Acura TL Pinging during acc eleration

My car is pinging and is very loud during acceleration. Is the timing off? Is it prefiring? How do I adjust the timing?

Was any repairs carried prior to this occurring?

Timing is non adjustable as it is computer controlled.

Is the CEL indicating while driving?
