is removal of the center boult required to change the rotors on this vehicle and what size nut is it holding the rotors to the axel?

If im not mistaken you have to remove the hub assembly to remove the rotors. Not sure about the size.

i think its the earlier year model that requires removal of the hub. if im right, you will need a metric sizes 19, 17, 14, a hammer and most important is an impact driver with a #3 phillips end. be careful not to hammer the driver too hard or you might end up having to replace the phillips bit.
