My heater motor has quit working, before it stopped I could here the fan turn but it also made a noise like it was loose, I've had fan problems with other vehicles in the past and it sounds like the fan bearing are worn out and the fan just quit turning, I use to tap the bottom and it would start back working barely rotating, now it won't turn at all.
I would love to change the motor but I don't know how to access the blower, I'm assuming I should access through the stereo bay right?

Hello,

In order to remove the blower motor, you will have to first remove the evaporator case. This will give you access to the mounting bolt for the bower unit.
The blower unit will come out of the bottom off the passenger side dash.

I have attached the replacement procedure below.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
