1998 Acura TL codes P0141 - P0401 - P0300 - P0420

Engine Performance problem
1998 Acura TL 6 cyl Automatic 185k miles

I recently went to inspect my 98 Acura TL, and failed because the following codes came up P0141 - P0401 - P0300 - P0420. So I took the car to acura. They said I needed EGR ports cleaned and rear O2 sensor replaced. After the repair the engine light is still on. so I took it back for an inspection to see what code is causing the engine light and P0420 code is coming up still. why am i still getting a code? and what does this mean.

P0420....Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) Could be an oxygen sensor or catalytic converter problem-
