car hesitates before changing gears. after passing second gear, it shifts as normal. while trying to change first or second gear, it "jumps" to change gears. car has transmission oil. what is wrong with the transmission?

If you mean when upshifting from 1st to 2nd gear, trans jerks or judders, the 2nd clutch is failing and a trans rebuilt is the solution.
