1997 Acura TL Removing Right back door Panel

I need to replace the motor in my right back door window. I have the motor on order.. How do I remove the door panel and is there anything I should know first.

Hi Thoward1, Door panells can be removed after the few holding screws and the door inner opener is removed. Look out for hidden screws. For motor removal, here are the peocedures.
