Does The Stock radio Have RCA Jacks Built In To Them? Cause Im Trying To Hook Up My Stereo And Am Wondering If Its Necessary To Install An Aftermarket Radio.

no jacks; just wire sockets, you're gonna have to cut/splice or tap into the wire harness
