My Acura when im at like a red light or made a complete stop and I accelerate from there once it gets just a lil past 20mph id say bout 23-25mph it jerks but if im accelerating at higher speeds its fine what could be the problem?

Sounds like the transmission may have a harsh upshift. You may need an transmission overhaul, as those transmissions are known to fail.

Bring it into a transmission repair facility and have them diagnose it.
