1996 Acura TL Front Wheel Drive Automatic 86000 miles

My cruise control has stopped working, the light on the dash goes on and off when I push the set and resume buttons, do you have any suggestions?

Hi acura1996,

One of the most common cause of the cruise control malfunctioning is the brake switch. Check the brake switch to pedal clearance.

If clearance is excessive, the cruise control would be prevented from operating. Place a piece of cardboard between the switch and pedal and test if the cruise works.
