1996 Acura TL Brake lights stuck on

This is a reasonably low milage car considering the year. Recently the brakes lights were stuck in the on position/ while driving and out of the car too. When the battery died the lights went off. I think the break switch is the likely problem but cannot locate it, can you assist?

On top of brake pedal support may need to remove coveraround pedals
