Can you help explain the error code I am receiving: "Error Code P0661 - Intake Man. Tuning Control Circuit Low"

Is it serious? This began a few months ago and warning light would be intermittent. It is now on steadily.

What would need to be checked/replaced? How & where can I find the item that needs to be replaced?

its a valve position sensor malfunction, its has a 3 wire yel/red, red/yel, grn/wht connector above the alternator and in front of the power steering pump.
do an ecm reset, if you don't have a scan tool, disconnect the battery. if the light comes back on, replace the sensor.
