I have changed the fuel pump, however the car still will not start. How can I test to see if the new pump is working, or what else do I need to do to get the car started. The engine will turn over but the car will not start. PLease Help!!!

first, any blinking green key lights on the dash? just want to make sure you are using a programmed key.
sit next to the pump and have someone turn the ignition on but not start.you should hear a 2 second hum whenever the key is cycled. that means your pump is working. if not... check fuse 22 under the dash, then check the fuel pump relay in the trunk;black and on the driver side of the fuel pump.
then check the fuel lines, start at the fuel rail and work your way back to the pump.
