1998 Acura RL 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My vehicle has a factory alarm that began to act up recently. It goes of at any time of the day when the vehicle is locked. I have to disconnect the neg battery cable every time I go out and park. I feel this could be an easy fix, but my local acura dealer wants 86 dollars to check it our. Please give me your expert advise.

Your alarm has to be reset, try this. Put your key in your driver side door, turn to the lift, and then back to the right, if it fix okay, but if its not replace your alarm relay
