Interior problem
2004 Acura MDX 6 cyl

I had to move my driver seat all the way forward to get something out from under the seat and now it will not move back. All the other motors work fine - incline/decline, lumbar. When I press the lever to move it back, there is a click/thud type of noise and moves back and forth a a millimeter and then nothing.

Hi eebahn,

Thank you for the donation.

Seems the motor has overrun and got itself stuck. You would have to remove the seat to get at the motor.

If you are able to manually turn the motor t get the seat to slide backwards sightly, the motor might ster to work corrctly.

Turns out there was a piece of cloth got wound up on around the motor. I was able to turn the motor until the cloth came free. Thanks for the reply though.
