I'm not getting any air coming out of the front and rear vents when both the a/c or heat is turned on. I checked the fuses and they seem to be fine. Can you suggest any other solutions?

Check the blower motor terminals for batttery voltage when ignition switch is turned ON. If voltage is available, test the blower by applying battery voltage and grounding the other terminal. If blower doe not work, it is bad.
