2003 Acura MDX Power Steering Problem

When car is stopped, steering is hard. Okay when moving. Mechanic replaced rack and pinion and pump, also added fittings and greased ball joints. Still has problem steering without moving.

The problem seems to be from the pump. You need to test its pressure. Check for kinked pressure pipe as well.
