2003 Acura MDX horn beeps when you turn steering wheel

How expensive/difficult is it to correct this problem? Doesn't matter which direction you turn, the horn sounds

Most likely frayed wire in horn button. Need to pull air bag assembly to gain acess to horn switch and wiring. Not sure of cost cause don't know what is causing and how much time it will take.
