Hi there,

The timing belt is due at 105.000Mls. or 60,000 Mls if driven in temps over 110F constantly. The code is for a problem with the Torque converter lock up clutch, this may just be a faulty solenoid, further investigations will have to be carried out to complete the diagnosis.

Already knew that but any idea on costs and is it going to allow the vehicle longevity, is it worth it?

Being worth it is hard to tell it depends on how good of shape the car is in. If it is just the solenoide the cost will be about $200.00 parts and labor. If the torque converter is bad then the transmission will need to be removed which will cost about $800.00 parts and labor.
