1989 acura legend v6 with 96 thousand miles on it

i cant seem to get fuel to the engine i checked the fuel pump it runs fine and replaced the relay for the fuel pump , and the fuel filter and i still cant seem to get fuel to the engine then i disconnected all the hoses to the fuel filter and turn the key on to see if the fuel would spurt out but nothing comes out . And i also checked all the fuses in the fuse box in the car near the door and the ones under the hood theyre all good , no shorted fuses.

i even dropped the fuel tank once and took the pump out and put a line from the battery to the pump directly to test it and the pump was fine i dont know what to do now can some one give me some advice ?
any advice would be great and working on this (isnt fun at all especially dropping the fuel tank and reinstalling it)

You need an EFI fuel pressure gauge to check the actual fuel pressure
