A.C. Condenser not coming on

I need help with my a.C on my 93 acura legend it is auto. With 3.2 engine. The problem I am having is that sometimes the compressor will come on. I have checked all fuses and relays they are good. I replaced the tripple pressure switch could it be the powertrain control module? Please help in hotlanta

With good Low and High pressures/relays/fuses could be the PCM, that's the one that tells the compressor to come On.
