a.c compressor not working

i have a 93 acura legend 151000 mi. is there any way that i can have a p.c.m unit checked. and if the unit was bad is it possiable that it would not throw a code . its only effecting the compressor and it runs great. pressure switch is good unit comes on after i drive at a high speed.. any suggestion welcome. please help in hotlanta

Do you have freon in the unit? No freon the PCM will not engage the compressor.

Get the low and high pressure check

yes, the car has freon when the compressor comes on it cools fine . im down to an electrical problem the pressure switch is new .
