not starting manually

I have a remote start on my car, recently this is the only way I can start my car...It will not start manually. Please tell me what the problem is. Thank you

Hello,

It sounds like an issue with the ignition switch.
It is possible that the connection from the lock cylinder to the switch does not engage all the way and that triggers the no start issue.

To access the ignition switch you will have to remove the lower cover of the steering column.
