i know what the problem is with the car. It probably has a blown head gasket or cracked head. I just want to know how long the car is actually drivable because I just got it yesterday and I at least need to go to the other side of town to get my temp tag. And then take it up to the shop. I drove it all day yesterday so do you think it would be ok for me to at least go get my temp tag before I get it checked out.

It would depend on the condition of the engine. It might last you nother few months or might want to call it a day anytime.

How do you know the problem is with the head or gasket?
