1993 Acura Legend car heating up

my acura is heating up has a new radiator i took off thermostat and still heats up i think it might be the water pump because when the radiator cap is off water only circulates a little bit then stops fan works great

If the coolant is not circulating without the thermostat, it definitely is a fault with the water pump.
