1993 Acura Legend 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1993 Acura legend idles up and down while just setting in park. Now its starting to blow out blue smoke what could me causing that

Hi 5hlw,

Engine surging is due to a fault in the idling system.

Possible causes are :
1. Low coolant level.
2. Faulty Idle Air Control valve.
3. Leaking vacumn at intake manifold.
4. Faulty PCV valve.

Blue smoke is oil being burnt and the most common cause is bad valve seals.
