1992 Acura Legend Starting

When I attempt to start the car there is no movement within the ignition switch. Steering wheel is locked but already tried putting it in a good starting position, was just wondering any suggestions besides replacing the ignition key hopefully?

Step on the brake, jiggle the steering wheel left to right and try to turn the the key while doing this.
