1991 Acura Legend OVER HEATING head gasket or water pump???

Engine Cooling problem
1991 Acura Legend 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 233,00 miles

I have this 1991 Acura legend and i need to know what i need to replace it overheats after 5 miles the smoke that comes out of the exhaust is white and kind of smells like anti freeze when i turn the heater on to try and cool it down no heat really comes out the car still has power and sounds good. i have aready replaced the thermostat and need to know where to go fron there

Its time to get it block and pressure tested to find out where its leaking
