1990 Acura Legend Horn

1990 Acura Legend 6 cyl

When the horn is honked the fuse blows, so I have to use the key in the lock shift in order to get car out of gear.

What can the problem be?

must be a short on the horn circuit. need to check the wiring in the steering column as well as at the horn itself .
